On 02/06/2023 61 BN SSB BhairabKunda (Assam) has organised a Millets fastival under the Command of Sh. Raj Kumar Xalxo, Commandant 61 Bn, in r/o International year of Millets -2023, at unit Campus among the force personnel & their families. The fastival was celebrated with joy and gaiety, and created awareness on health benefits on usage of Millets and also promoted about Millets food by displaying Banner & pamphlets etc. Apart from this unit was set up Millets food stalls where was, BAJRA/JOWAR ROTI, BAJRA KHICHRI, SAAG, DAL-UDHAD+CHANA, BAJRA & JOWAR MIX LADDU and JOWAR Kheer. Where Sh. Raj Kumar Xalxo, Commandant 61 Bn SSB, Sh. C. S. Bhan, 2I/C, Sh. Shekhar Pratap Singh, DC, Sh. H. Naba Kumar Singh, AC, Dr. S. Das, ACMO, and others officers, Sandiksha Vice President and Sandiksha families were participated and enjoying the Millets Fastival in the stalls.
