On -15.05.2023 61 Bn SSB BhairabKunda has conducted a tour programme of bordering students from Govt Residential School, Angkaling to Daifam Gate (Indo-Bhutan-Border) & 61 Bn Hqr Bhairabkunda campus under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on the theme of "Unity" Event-2 (Know your Police Forces). The tour programme is conducetd under the command of Sh. Raj Kumar Xalxo, Commandant, 61 Bn, where Sh. Shekhar Pratap Singh, DC, 61 Bn, Sh. Birju Rajak, DC, 61 Bn, Dr. Sanjay Das, AC/MO) & Sh. Sange Dorjee, GB, Angkaling were present. Comdt. 61 Bn brief to all students abkut the functioning of Border Guarding Forces and shared about the experiences of Forces lives.
The motto of entire programme is to create a bridge between Force & School children/college students as well as in perception management about the border guarding forces.
